Position
HR and Admin Assistant Full Time
The Role
Provides essential support to the daily operation, facilitating recruitment, staff welfare, and day-to-day office management.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Coordinate interview schedules, post job advertisements, and manage the initial screening of resumes.
- Personnel Records: Maintain updated digital and physical employee files, including leave tracking, medical claims, and training records.
- Onboarding/Offboarding: Assist in the preparation of offer letters, orientation for new hires, and the collection of assets during staff departures.
- Office Administration: Manage office supplies, coordinate maintenance for equipment, and assist in the preparation of internal memos or official correspondence.
- Meeting Logistics: Assist in setting up meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking as required.

Requirements
- Familiarity with the Malaysian Employment Act 1955.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent minute-taking & documentation skills.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office; AI proficiency is significant bonus
