Social Media Intern October - December 2025
The Role
The Marketing & Communications intern will support the MARCOM team in creating and delivering engaging digital content across PGC’s platforms. This role is ideal for creative and proactive individuals passionate about digital storytelling, visual communication, and sustainability campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Capturing and editing weekly informative short videos and social media posts
- Filming event reels, behind-the-scenes videos, and storytelling content
- Draft concise, engaging captions in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Design simple graphics or templates for various social media platforms
- Support the marcom team during events and on-site content capture
- Contribute to brainstorming and planning of outreach materials
Requirements
- Background in Communications, Multimedia, Marketing, Design, or a related field
- Talented in visual storytelling
- Skilled in photography and videography (especially mobile-based)
- Able to write short, persuasive social media captions
- Familiar with Instagram features (posts, stories, reels, highlights)
- Comfortable working independently and on-site in a fast-paced environment
