Visual Content Designer Full Time
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative materials for campaigns and events (posters, banners, infographics, reports, merchandise, etc.)
- Create and edit videos for promotions, event coverage, and social media.
- Develop multimedia content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
- Brainstorm and plan creative ideas with the communications team.
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials.
- Photograph and document events and activities.
- Organise and manage design assets.
- Provide event-day creative support.
Requirements
- Has a Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Brings 1–2 years of relevant experience (or is a fresh grad with a strong portfolio).
- Is skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, other professional editing tools and familiar with video shooting and editing.
- Can turn ideas into impactful visuals.
- Is creative, detail-oriented, a good communicator, and a team player.
- (Bonus) Has motion graphics, animation, or photography skills.
- (Bonus) Knows Canva, CapCut, and can work in both Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- (Big plus) Has a passion for environmental and sustainability causes.
