Officer (Marketing and Communication Division)

The Role

The officer will execute marketing, communications, and event management initiatives to support PGC’s sustainability programs and goals. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and impactful delivery of campaigns and events.

Key Responsibilities

Event Management: Organize events, manage payments, coordinate with vendors, and oversee branding and publicity.
Roadshows: Plan and prepare materials for outreach activities.
Corporate Souvenirs: Source and recommend gifts for events and stakeholders.
Program Coordination: Manage memberships, design promotional materials, and organize prize-giving ceremonies.
Corporate Communication: Compile review reports and manage in-house announcements.
Digital Media: Coordinate social media content and engagement.
Campaigns and Marketing: Develop strategies and collaborate on campaigns.
Speech Writing and Translation: Write and translate speeches (English & Chinese).
Reporting: Create scorecards and prepare reports for stakeholders.

• Organisational and multitasking abilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
Open to fresh graduates with a passion for sustainability and excellent communication skills
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications or a similar role is an advantage
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese (written and oral) for translations and communication.
